Name badges continue to be distributed by Nikki .. I can confirm they survive a roll or two in the washing machine!

The Open Days are nearly upon us – please wear club shirt with name badge if you’re coming down.

We’ve had some firm news about the building works – it’s due to start Mon 11th May. One of the first jobs will impact the path to the clubhouse so there’ll probably be some new arrangements for Club Night on the Tuesday .. and thereafter?!

Just a gentle reminder about Club Night and the 5:45pm cut-off for sign-up; if running late just drop a line to the group so the organisers are aware.

Everyone competing in team games and club competitions needs to have club stickers attached to their bowls – there are plenty of them in the summerhouse; anyone on the committee can direct you to the right place.

The green has been treated for moss and is being watered in so please be extra mindful of cleaning your hands. The green will next be cut sometime on Friday.

Entry to the South Middlesex competitions has to be sent to the organisers by the end of next week so please sign up if you fancy entering any of the draws. There’s no immediate rush for our own internal club competitions .. I’ll continue to be in touch with folk over the next couple of weeks about entries.
